Happy 2024! We've got a new "Operations Manual" for the Slenderiiz SOG to show you, along with a marketing strategy for you to get skinny drops leads. Plus, we recap how to use your Pipeline to know who's "stuck" (and what to do about it).
Today we're demonstrating the Slenderiiz funnel piece by piece, starting with a few Dashboard updates in Pipeline Funnels, and explaining the concept of tracking your leads across the Pipeline. We also discussed customer journey from "initial awareness" to "repeat purchases" or becoming a brand partner.
Nick shared our experience with the Slenderiiz program and shared his notes and insights with the team via a Google Doc. We highlighted the simplicity of the program, its short learning curve, and the focus on one product at a time.
This new operations manual for new brand partners outlines the cost details, marketing plans, sales scripts, follow-up and organization tools, and how to get help and support. (Check it out, and if you've got feedback for improvements, let us know!)
As far as getting started, we also introduced the concept of "levels" in with your training. For example, in martial arts, you start as a white belt, with keeping things simple and attainable, so you can get some early wins. And then, as you progress, you layer on complexity... and that's our new approach with Pipeline Funnels. Start simple. (Lots of fancy stuff we can discuss later, once you're familiar with the basics.)
The first place to start is how we're now using the Pipeline to follow up with new and existing customers for business growth. We stressed the need for a simple system to keep track of progress and prevent tasks from falling through the cracks, similar to Tim's old method of using a physical cork board with thumbtacks and 3x5 index cards.
Big idea: "Follow-up" is now a continuous process rather than a standalone step.
Not everyone will be ready to buy the drops when you first introduce them to your audience. That's why we try and market to a broader audience -- those who may be interested in weight loss but not actively seeking solutions (yet).
For this, Pipeline Funnels lets you offer your people a free download of our "Fat-Burning Foods List" as a lead magnet. (FBFL for short). Jeri and Cindy discussed the system's ability to automatically follow up with new leads and segment them based on the level of detail in their information.
Cindy asked about the possibility of directing leads to different pipelines based on their level of detail, which Nick confirmed was now possible.
Once they've opted in for the FBFL, leads are then directed to a personalized page where they can purchase the drops (plus receive a follow-up sequence on your behalf.)
Furthermore, Nick showcased the potential of their website to display recipes and generate goodwill, while also subtly promoting their products.
We can automatically build trust and educate customers about the products through a sequence of emails. Today we also looked at how to set up an automated email sequence, including adding tags, notes, and push notifications.
Moustafa raised concerns about the low open rate on emails. Nick suggested first focusing on assisting those stuck in the pipeline by reaching out to them through various means such as text, call, or social media messages. They also introduced the use of automation for sending text messages and mentioned the possibility of integrating with Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
We're nurturing leads through a series of emails about Slenderiiz, starting with recipes and gradually building up to a direct sales pitch. We emphasized the importance of providing value to the recipients and establishing a rapport with them before making a sales pitch.
We also mentioned the use of a final concluding message which often prompts responses.
First, we showed how to modify the System of Growth settings in your user's profile, so you can self-ship items and collect credit card payments directly. (We call this our "switcher" -- you can switch between "self" shipping or "corp" shipping, where PartnerCo would ship out the drops directly.)
Of course, we always recommend running your own test on the system using a temporary email address, so you can see the emails sent by the system. Grab a temporary email, then go ahead and opt in using a test name and phone number.
