🏆Best Practices for Serving Your Customers Well

You’ve just added a new customer to the 30 Day Coaching Campaign — well done.

Now let’s walk through recommended best practices to ensure this experience is powerful, professional, and effective for both you and your customer.

What Happens When You Add a Customer?

When a customer is added to the campaign:

  • The first message acknowledges that their drops have shipped.

  • This is why customers should be entered on the day the drops ship (or as close to that date as possible).

The system allows 7 days for delivery.

During those 7 days:

  • Three preparation messages are sent.

  • Customers receive a link to the Getting Started page, which includes:

    • Dr. Kristal’s video about the drops

    • Recipe ideas

    • The Slenderiiz booklet (that comes with the drops)

The Most Important Step: The “START” Trigger

Your customer must reply with the word: START

They are prompted several times to do this.

When they reply with START:

  • They move out of the “Getting Started” phase

  • They enter “Week 1”

  • The full 30-day automation officially begins

  • Daily coaching messages are delivered for the next month

What If They Don’t Reply START?

If your customer does not reply:

  • You will receive a push notification from Pipeline Funnels, prompting you to follow up with the customer.

This is your opportunity to step in. Check in and ask:

  • Have the drops arrived?

  • Are they delayed in shipping?

  • Does your customer have concerns?

  • Are there any confusion points before getting started?

  • Did life simply get busy?

This is where you add value as a mentor and coach in helping them get started for success.

Week 3: Reorder or Deeper Discount

At the end of Week 3, the system asks your customer:

  • Are you ready to purchase another box?
    OR

  • Would you like to learn how to get a deeper discount?

If They Want Another Box:

  • You receive a push notification from Pipeline Funnels/Lead Connector app.

  • Reach out to the customer. Tell them how they can order another box.

  • You process the sale.

  • You ensure delivery.

If They Want a Deeper Discount:

  • You receive a push notification from Pipeline Funnels/Lead Connector app.

  • You contact your customer and schedule a meeting to talk about a deeper discount/how to become a brand partner and save on future drop purchases.


Where Customer Replies Go

All campaign text messages are sent through your upline’s Pipeline Funnels account.

Important to know:

  • Replies do NOT go to your personal cell phone.

  • Replies go back into Pipeline Funnels.

  • You must log into The Lead Connector app or Pipeline Funnels via a browser to view and respond to messages.

Handling Customer Conversations

It’s normal for customers to:

  • Ask questions (especially in the first few weeks)

  • Provide feedback when prompted

  • Need encouragement

Conversations related to serving them on the drops are appropriate within Pipeline Funnels.

However:

Because the system runs through your upline’s account, conversations unrelated to the drops should be moved to your personal phone.


📔Daily Operating Procedure

How to Stay On Top of Your 30 Day Coaching Customers

One of the greatest benefits of the 30 Day Coaching Program is simplicity. The system does the heavy lifting. You simply respond when action is needed.

Here’s how to create a simple daily routine that keeps you connected, proactive, and in control.

The 30 Day Coaching Program automatically notifies you when something important happens, such as:

  • A customer is stuck and needs help (Customer replies with keyword COACH)

  • A customer wants to purchase another box of drops

  • A customer wants to discuss a deeper discount

✅The Simple Daily Checklist

Follow this quick 3-step process each day.

1. In the Lead Connector App, Check Notifications

When a customer:

  • Wants to reorder

  • Requests information about a discount

  • Needs coaching

You will receive a push notification via Lead Connector. In addition, if a customer wants to purchase another box of drops you will also receive an email alert.

Review these first. These are priority actions.


2. Check for New Messages

Log into the Lead Connector App or the desktop version of Pipeline Funnels and look for any new customer replies. If there are new messages, respond via the text messaging feature.

Remember, quick responses build trust and strengthen relationships.


3. Review Customer Progress

Take a few minutes to look at where each customer is in their 30 Day Journey. You can view the "Pipeline" of where all of your customers are at by clicking on "Pipelines" if logged into Pipeline Funnels from a web browser. This is the easiest way to see the pipeline. (Make sure you select Slenderiiz Pipeline From the drop down box.).

Or, if viewing from the Lead Connector app, tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top left corner, and then choose "Opportunities". You'll need to scroll to the right to see all of the columns in the Pipeline; from a phone, you can only see one column at a time.

Once you are viewing the Slenderiiz Pipeline:

Check the “Drops Shipped / Waiting to Get Started” Stage

  • Is anyone still waiting?

  • Has it been more than 7 days?

  • Does someone need a check-in?

The system will notify you if delivery time has passed — but awareness allows for proactive follow-up.


Watch Week 3 Customers

Customers in Week 3 are approaching:

  • Reorder conversations

  • Deeper discount discussions

Keep an eye on who is in this week, so you know who is going to be invited to buy another box or learn about a deeper discount soon. Be aware so you can be watching for any push notifications from these people.


Review Week 4 Customers

If someone is in Week 4 and has been quiet:

  • The system is still following up automatically.

  • This is simply an opportunity to be aware of their progress.

Awareness creates opportunity.
